Olivia Hastings Holt[1] (born August 5, 1997) is an American teen actress and singer, best known for playing the role of Kim on the Disney XD series Kickin' It, and starring in the Disney original movie Girl vs. Monster. She currently stars in the Disney Channel Original Series, I Didn't Do It.

Personal life[]
Holt was born in Germantown, Tennessee, to parents Mark and Kim Holt. She has an older sister Morgan (born December 27, 1990)[4][5] and a younger brother Cade (born July 16, 2001).[6][7] At age 3, her family moved to Nesbit, Mississippi where she grew up after briefly living in Memphis, Tennessee. Holt has long enjoyed gymnastics and cheerleading, and she is currently appearing in the Disney Channel Original Series, I Didn't Do It. She resides in Los Angeles, California with her family[2] and currently is in culinary school.[8]
Career[]
Holt began her acting career when she started performing in local theater productions.[9] She has appeared in several television commercials, including Hasbro, Kidz Bop 14, Mattel, Bratz dolls,[10] Littlest Pet Shop, and Girl Gourmet products.[11]
Holt auditioned for Disney XD's martial arts show Kickin' It, which premiered in 2011. Possessing skills in gymnastics, she received a call back from the producers and joined the cast in the same year. She portrayed the role of Kim in the series from 2011 to 2014. Holt starred in the Disney Channel original film Girl vs. Monster. She plays the lead character Skylar Lewis, a teenage girl that discovers her family have long worked as monster hunters, and she's next in line. The film premiered in October 2012.[12] She recorded three songs for the movie, which were released as part of the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Playlist. She also recorded her version of Winter Wonderland for the Disney Channel Holiday Playlist album in 2012.
Holt currently stars in the Disney Channel show called I Didn't Do It alongside Austin North and Piper Curda. Production for the show began in the summer of 2013 and the show first aired in 2014.
On October 7, 2014, Holt announced that she has officially signed a record deal with Hollywood Records.[3][13]
